Eddie, you do an amazing job of cultivating a teamwork oriented atmosphere. Your ability to coordinate and facilitate open communication with all partners in this project from demolition to completion was the backbone of this project. In doing so, this project ran smoothly, maintaining our schedule and budget. You were personally available to us and consistently present. This exemplifies your interest and dedication to your customers.

Early on in this project, you and your team identified concerning safety and structural issues from previous unrelated work. You immediately called upon our architect, brainstormed, provided solutions and rectified the situation. Your attention to detail is so impressive. You took our ideas, got to know our styles, personalities and dreams which you then tailored the craftsmanship of your work perfectly. We love our new home!
